To use ClientReadyPro™, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you're using the service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

ClientReadyPro™ offers virtual client intake, screening, and appointment-setting services for healthcare and wellness professionals. This includes:

• Custom intake scripts
• Lead qualification
• Consultation calls
• Appointment booking

We do not offer medical, legal, or financial advice. All final service delivery is the responsibility of the client (you).

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business and services
• Maintain access to your calendars and communication systems
• Not use our service for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Comply with any relevant data privacy and industry-specific compliance (e.g., HIPAA)

4. Fees and Billing

Our services are billed monthly, based on the selected plan and any additional add-ons. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle and is processed via Stripe or ACH.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If canceled within 7 days of signup, you may request a full refund for the initial payment. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for partial months.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse or abuse our services
• You engage in unethical or unlawful practices

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClientReadyPro™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, appointments, or clients.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and tools provided by ClientReadyPro™ are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of ClientReadyPro™ unless otherwise agreed.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
